ACCEPTS CHICAGO TRIBUNE INVITATION
TO DEBATE PRIMARY OPPONENTS DECEMBER 3RD
(CHICAGO)(November 19, 2007) Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin announced Monday, November 19th that he has accepted an invitation from the Chicago Tribune to debate his primary campaign opponents on December 3rd.
"The Tribune Editorial Board contacted me and very graciously invited me to their debate," Martin said. "And I have accepted. I will be at the Tribune on December 3rd to debate my primary opponents. I will be answering the Tribune's campaign questionnaire shortly. Because there are not going to be a lot of senate primary debates, the Tribune's debate will take on added importance," he added.
