Andy Martin wins a major victory for DuPage County citizens
(CHICAGO)(October 22, 2009) Republican U. S. Senate candidate and insurgent “Internet Powerhouse” Andy Martin claimed a massive victory for government integrity Thursday after “Sleazy Spitzzeri” (Fred Spitzzeri) withdrew as a candidate for DuPage County circuit judge.

“The People of DuPage County can sleep better tonight,” Martin said. “My campaign to expose the truth about Fred Spitzzeri has blocked a Chicago-style hoodlum lawyer from being a candidate for DuPage County circuit judge.
“The battle against corrupt judges and public officials never ends. We need to remove one of Spitzzeri’s co-conspirators, Bonnie Wheaton, from the court as well. Spitzzeri should also be declared toxic by other Republican judicial candidates. He is corrupt, incompetent and unethical. That’s a trifecta that went down to defeat this week; every Illinoisan is safer with Fred Spitzzeri no longer a candidate for ‘judge,’” Martin said.
“No one needing legal services should turn to Sleazy Spitzzeri. He can bribe some judges, but he can’t practice law as an honest lawyer. He is as much of a threat to his ‘clients’ as he is to the public. Look at the way he looted Naperville Township taxpayers, www.StopSpitzzeri.com.
“Traditionally judges and lawyers maintain a code of silence or ‘Omerta’ about the thieves and incompetents in the courthouse. I have continuously challenged that taboo for the good of the people of Illinois and the American people. As a U. S. Senator I will fight judicial corruption in the federal courts. Every American has a constitutional right to honest and competent judges.”
Martin plans to announce further anti-corruption efforts in the coming days.
